CAMCO Honors Top Employees at Annual Recognition Luncheon

Complete Association Management Co. (CAMCO), a prominent homeowner association management firm in Nevada, held its annual employee recognition luncheon on December 19, 2025, at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Las Vegas. This event, a tradition for nearly two decades, celebrates employees who have delivered exceptional service to clients throughout the year.

Celebrating Excellence

During the luncheon, CAMCO acknowledged several outstanding employees for their contributions. Mary Rendina, Vice President of Business Development, received the prestigious President’s Award. Lucille Sanchez, Senior Director of Community Association Management, was honored as Employee of the Year.

David Swenson, President of CAMCO, commended Rendina for her unwavering integrity and professionalism. “Mary exemplifies integrity and professionalism in everything she does,” Swenson remarked. “Her leadership as our vice president of business development has not only advanced our sales growth but has also elevated the culture of our organization. The President’s Award is a fitting tribute to her outstanding contributions.”

Swenson also praised Sanchez for her exemplary leadership. “Lucille has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and unwavering commitment to service,” he stated. “The Employee of the Year Award honors not only her achievements but the example she sets for her team.”

Acknowledging Team Achievements

In addition to the top awards, several other employees were recognized for their outstanding performance across various categories. Natilya Wilson, an ARC Coordinator, received the Top Performer Award, while Tony Edington, Director of Support Services, was named Innovator of the Year.

  • Thomas Devine, Administrative Assistant, received the Problem Solver Award.
  • Andrea Shuit, Accounting Clerk, was honored with the Team Player Award.
  • Selena Rivers, Director of Management Services, earned the Leadership Excellence Award.
  • Lexie Wicks, Provisional Community Manager, was recognized as the Culture Champion/Positivity Award winner.
  • Jasmine Portillo, Client Services Manager, received the Customer Hero Award.
  • Dawn Alexander, Accounts Receivable Representative, was named Behind-the-Scenes Star.
  • Mitchell Fu, Community Association Manager, earned the Manager of the Year award.
  • Crystal Rymer, Community Association Manager, was recognized as the Rising Star.
  • Linda Boutwell, Administrative Assistant, was awarded Admin of the Year.
