Rachel Uchitel Reveals ‘Skinny BBL’ Results in Bold Photoshoot

Rachel Uchitel showcased the results of her recent cosmetic procedure, referred to as a “skinny BBL,” through a series of unfiltered images shared from a beach photoshoot. The 50-year-old podcast host of “Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel” highlighted her enhanced silhouette, discussing her motivations behind the non-surgical procedure performed by renowned physician Dr. Robert Dorfman.

In her post on January 6, Uchitel stated, “Let’s talk about my BUTT,” emphasizing her genuine presentation with no filters or tricks. Posing in a green string bikini, she turned her back to the camera and performed a handstand by the ocean, clearly illustrating her newfound curves. Uchitel, who gained public attention as the former alleged mistress of golfer Tiger Woods, expressed her intent to be transparent about her enhancements.

Uchitel acknowledged the stigma surrounding cosmetic procedures, saying, “I know people get weird about admitting they’ve had work done, but I’m just going to say it. If sharing what I did helps another woman feel good in her body, I’m happy to be honest about it.” She mentioned that despite maintaining a nutritious diet and exercising “at least four times a week,” she was unable to achieve the lift she desired.

Choosing a Less Invasive Approach

Prior to her wedding to businessman Dan Donovan, which took place on December 31, 2025, Uchitel sought a natural enhancement without dramatic alterations. She conveyed that her goal was to achieve a “fit and athletic” appearance. “I met with some of the best plastic surgeons in the country about a BBL, and every single one told me the same thing: I didn’t have enough fat to transfer,” she recalled.

After extensive research into various sculpting options, Uchitel decided to pursue a less invasive method with Dr. Dorfman. She described the procedure as quick and painless, stating, “I was out with a ‘new butt’ in less than half an hour. No incisions. No downtime. It feels completely real, and it lasts about three years.”

The couple’s wedding took place at their newly renovated home in Palm Beach, Florida, attended by 130 guests. Uchitel expressed her joy in an interview with People, stating they aimed for a warm and celebratory atmosphere during the event.

A Renewed Confidence

Uchitel concluded her post by expressing a newfound boost in confidence. “My butt hasn’t looked this good since I was 21—and I’m 50!” she proclaimed, adding that both she and her husband can attest to the procedure’s natural feel.
