18-Year-Old Charged in Fatal Logan Square Shooting of Woman
UPDATE: An 18-year-old has just been charged in connection with the tragic shooting that claimed the life of a woman in Logan Square, Chicago. Chicago police report that Evan Reich was arrested on Friday, making him the third suspect implicated in this horrific crime.
The incident occurred on September 13, when a 26-year-old woman was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the 3400-block of West Wabansia Avenue. She was rushed to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries, sparking outrage and concern within the community.
Reich faces serious charges, including first degree murder and attempted murder. His arrest follows that of two other suspects, Gabriel Rodriguez and Julio Diaz, who were taken into custody on Wednesday and also charged with first degree murder.
