URGENT UPDATE: Chicago police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 1-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman, last seen nearly a month ago. The two disappeared on October 11, 2023, in the Douglass neighborhood at the 2700 block of South Dearborn Street.
