Renowned Architect Andre Lee Ballard Passes Away at 63

He married Mary Ellen Vance, and together they embarked on an adventurous life that took them from Norfolk to London and Hong Kong, where they started their family. During his career, Andre was involved in significant architectural projects across various regions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, and Saudi Arabia. He was particularly proud of his work on the City of Dreams, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, in Macau.
