Dr. Luke Wainscoat Joins Brattle Group to Enhance Antitrust Expertise
The Brattle Group has appointed Dr. Luke Wainscoat as a Principal in its Sydney office, significantly bolstering its Antitrust & Competition practice. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Wainscoat specializes in advising clients on intricate competition, regulatory, and damages matters throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Recognized as one of Australia’s leading competition economists by Lexology Index, Dr. Wainscoat brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as merger clearance processes, cartel investigations, and anticompetitive agreements. His extensive experience includes serving as an economic expert in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, where he has participated in high-profile cases, including the recent Apple v. Epic litigation.
