This new phase introduces homes ranging from 3,291 to 5,397 square feet, making them the largest offered in the development. The homes are designed with open floor plans and feature one- or two-story layouts that include offices, lofts, and optional four-car garages.

The Seven Shores community is enhanced by the Meridian Amenity Center, which provides a variety of resort-style amenities for residents. These include a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a yoga lawn, a fire pit lounge, and a putting green, catering to an active lifestyle.

Prices for homes in the Port Collection begin at $1.13 million. Sean Walsh, Division President of Toll Brothers, highlighted the attractiveness of the community, stating, “This exceptional community provides home buyers with a unique combination of luxurious home designs and resort-style amenities in one of the most sought-after locations in Florida.”

Walsh further emphasized that the new phase of home sites offers outstanding personalization options, including the newly available four-car garage, reinforcing Toll Brothers’ commitment to delivering the best in luxury living.
