Kristin Cavallari recently confirmed that she went on a date with Will Hardy, the head coach of the Utah Jazz, earlier this year. The meeting took place in Nashville, where Hardy visited Cavallari, but it ultimately did not lead to a lasting connection.

Sources indicate that the date occurred “many months ago.” Despite initial interest, the outing was limited to just one meeting. An insider revealed, “It was one date and that was it. She never saw him again.”

Cavallari, who is 38 years old, shared her experiences with dating during an episode of her podcast, “Let’s Be Honest,” where she discussed her recent return to the dating scene. “I literally said to the universe, ‘I’m ready to go on a date,’” she explained. Her agent subsequently set her up with Hardy, which she found amusing, especially after a previous guest on her podcast suggested she date coaches.

While Cavallari did not disclose Hardy’s identity during her podcast, she noted that he is “a big deal” and is represented by the same agency as she is, Creative Artists Agency (CAA). She described their dinner in Nashville as enjoyable, stating, “He is such a great guy.”

Reflecting on the date, Cavallari mentioned, “I know after the first date if I’m going to like someone or not,” but felt a disconnect despite having enjoyed their conversation. “When I’m out of alignment for what is meant for me, everything in my body screams at me,” she added. Cavallari emphasized that while Hardy is a good person, the chemistry wasn’t right for her.

This date came after Cavallari made a conscious decision to pause her dating life earlier in the year, focusing instead on her career and family. “I was intentional about it because leading up to the podcast tour, I didn’t want any distractions,” she said. She found value in this time alone, prioritizing her work and her children, Camden (13), Jaxon (11), and Saylor (9), from her previous marriage to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.

Last December, Cavallari revealed she was dating former NHL player Nate Thompson, describing him as “such a good guy” who “checks all the boxes” for her. In April, she disclosed his identity during her podcast, calling their relationship “the most honest, pure, amazing relationship I’ve ever had.” She noted that despite the deep connection, the long-distance aspect of their relationship created challenges, leading to its end earlier this year.

Cavallari’s last known romantic link was with TikToker and Special Forces contestant Mark Estes, with whom she was involved for seven months in 2024. As she navigates her dating life, Cavallari is also preparing for the upcoming Laguna Beach reunion, scheduled for release next year. She traveled to Orange County, California, last month to film the special alongside former cast members Lauren Conrad and Stephen Colletti.

Despite her relatively quiet dating life this past year, Cavallari expressed excitement about the future. “I don’t know the last time I talked about my dating life. Probably because my dating life was nonexistent this whole year until recently, and now it’s really picked back up,” she shared, looking forward to what comes next.
