Riley Gilbreath & Lone Star Blues to Perform at The Corkyard

Wine lovers and music enthusiasts will gather at The Corkyard, a vibrant venue located outside Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, on January 16, 2024. The Corkyard serves as the official wine and music destination for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Guests can enjoy a selection of wines while taking in live performances from the talented duo, Riley Gilbreath and Lone Star Blues. Doors will open at 17:30, offering two chances to experience the show at 18:15 and 21:45.

Riley Gilbreath, a traditional bluegrass musician, draws inspiration from legendary artists such as Ralph and Carter Stanley, J.D. Crowe and The New South, Keith Whitley, Larry Sparks, and Harley Allen. His journey in music began at the age of 12 when he received a loaner banjo from the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation. After a year of practice, both the foundation and Steve Huber of Huber Banjos recognized his potential, gifting him a professional-grade banjo valued at $3,300 during a ceremony at The Bloomin’ Bluegrass Festival.

Gilbreath’s dedication to bluegrass music has led him to significant accolades. By age 15, he had already won the Texas State Banjo Championship. His talent further shone through when he clinched the title at the SPBGMA International Band Championship in Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 21.
