Skaters Unite for Charity at Skateland Putty Hill Event

On March 10, 2024, Skateland Putty Hill in Baltimore hosted a vibrant roller skating fundraiser titled “Get Your Roll On.” The event was a collaborative effort between the Alpha Alpha Sigma Sorority Rhoer Club and the Towson-Catonsville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, bringing together community members for a day of fun and philanthropy.

Among those skating was Devon Elzey, a 10-year-old from Kenilworth, who celebrated his victory at a claw machine game with a big smile. The event also saw many parents assisting their children with roller skates, including Damian Briscoe from Parkville, who helped his daughter, Isis, put on her skates.
