Rochester Regional Health’s St. Lawrence Region is temporarily relocating its laboratory and medical imaging registration office within the EJ Noble Building at 80 East Main Street, Canton. Starting January 30, 2024, the registration office will move from the main floor to the lower level, which can be accessed through the rear entrance.

Despite this shift in registration, both medical imaging and laboratory services will remain in their current locations. To facilitate a seamless transition for patients, registration services will continue to be available on the main floor for a limited time during the move. Staff members will be present to assist patients and their families, alongside wayfinding signage to guide visitors.

Facility Upgrades Prompt Temporary Relocation

This temporary relocation is essential to complete planned facility upgrades within the building. The timeline for resuming registration services on the main floor has not yet been established, but updates will be provided as they become available. Patients entering the parking lot at 80 East Main Street should take the first right turn that leads around the right side of the building to access the new registration location.

Both imaging and laboratory services will continue to be accessible through the same entrance. Rochester Regional Health remains committed to ensuring that patient care is not disrupted during this transition.
