Colusa Sutter Yolo Child Support Agency Launches “My Sticker Calendar”
The Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency has introduced an innovative tool called “My Sticker Calendar” aimed at facilitating co-parenting arrangements. This visually engaging calendar incorporates colorful stickers and artwork created by local youth, transforming the often challenging discussions about parenting schedules into a more enjoyable and interactive process.
By providing a tactile means for children to understand their schedules, the calendar helps manage expectations and transitions between homes. It allows families to visualize when children will be with each parent, thereby promoting a sense of stability and involvement in planning routines.
My Sticker Calendar is available free of charge at agency offices located in Colusa, Yuba City, and Woodland, as well as at the Family Law Facilitator’s Office at the Superior Court across these three counties. This initiative not only supports practical scheduling needs but also serves an educational purpose.
According to the agency’s official announcement, engaging with the calendar helps both parents and children gain a deeper understanding of the child support system. The program aims to foster better communication and planning between co-parents, ensuring a smoother experience for children navigating their family dynamics.
For more information or inquiries, the public can reach out via phone at (866) 901-3212 or follow the agency’s updates on social media at @ColusaSutterYoloChildSupport. This resource reflects a commitment to enhancing the co-parenting experience within the community while prioritizing the well-being of children.
