The latest boys’ basketball rankings from the Bay Area News Group, published on February 3, 2026, sees Salesian maintain its top position, demonstrating dominance with a record of 21 wins and 3 losses. This ranking reflects their recent successes, including decisive victories against Albany (57-35), Bethel (85-59), and St. Mary’s-Berkeley (62-51). Their upcoming matchup is scheduled for Tuesday against Pinole Valley at 7 p.m.

Following closely in second place is Archbishop Riordan, who currently holds a record of 16-1. The team secured a narrow victory over St. Ignatius (53-51), maintaining its spot in the rankings. Details on their next game have yet to be announced.

Moreau Catholic recently secured victories over Newark Memorial (78-32) and James Logan (80-50), while Dougherty Valley edged out California (55-53) and Amador Valley (59-56).
