Class 3A features Union County at Christian Academy-Louisville, while Lexington Catholic visits Murray. This division also includes Russell competing with Lloyd Memorial and Lawrence County at Bell County.

In Class 2A, Somerset will meet Owensboro Catholic, and Mayfield takes on Lexington Christian Academy. Other matches include Breathitt County versus Belfry and Prestonsburg facing Beechwood.

Finally, Class A matchups feature Newport Central Catholic at Campbellsville, while Newport travels to Kentucky Country Day. Paris will go head-to-head with Raceland, and Middlesboro is set to challenge Pikeville.
