Local Public Meetings Scheduled for Early November 2025

Residents of Clatsop County will have multiple opportunities to engage with local government during a series of public meetings taking place from November 3 to November 12, 2025. These gatherings will cover a range of topics and are open to community members interested in local governance and development initiatives.

Schedule of Meetings

On **Monday, November 3**, the **Astoria City Council** will convene at **6 p.m.** in the Council Chambers at **1095 Duane St.** Following this, the **Astoria Development Commission** will hold its meeting at **7 p.m.** in the same location. Earlier that day, the **Seaside City Council** will hold a special meeting starting at **4 p.m.** at **City Hall, 989 Broadway**.

The following day, **Tuesday, November 4**, community members can join the **Coffee with the Mayor** event from **10 a.m. to 11 a.m.** at the **Seaside Coffee House**, located at **5 N. Holladay Drive**. Later that day, the **Port of Astoria Commission** will meet at **4 p.m.** at **422 Gateway Ave., Suite 100**. The **Astoria Library Board** will gather at **5:30 p.m.** in the Flag Room of the **Astoria Public Library**, located at **450 10th St.** Finally, the **Cannon Beach City Council** will meet at **6 p.m.** at the **Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce**, located at **207 N. Spruce St.** The **Clatsop County Fair Board** will also convene that day, starting at **5 p.m.** at **92937 Walluski Loop**.

Upcoming Meetings and Opportunities for Engagement

On **Wednesday, November 5**, the **Gearhart City Council** will meet at **6 p.m.** at **698 Pacific Way**. There will also be a **Coffee with Cannon Beach Councilors** event at **10 a.m.** at the Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, the **Clatsop County Board of Commissioners** will hold a work session at **10:30 a.m.** at **857 Commercial St., Astoria**.

The **Clatsop Care Center Health District Board** is scheduled to meet on **Thursday, November 6**, at **noon** at the **Clatsop Care Memory Community**, located at **2219 S.E. Dolphin Ave., Warrenton**.

On **Friday, November 7**, the **Astoria Downtown Historic District Association** will gather at **8:30 a.m.** in the **Liberty Theatre McTavish Room**, located at **1203 Commercial St.**

Looking ahead, the **Warrenton Development Experience Task Force** will meet on **Tuesday, November 11**, at **2 p.m.** via Zoom. The next day, the **Clatsop Soil and Water Conservation District Board** will convene at **10 a.m.** in the **Englund Marine Conference Room**, located at **85 Hamburg Ave**. Finally, the **Clatsop County Board of Commissioners** will hold both a work session and a meeting on **Wednesday, November 12**, at **5 p.m.** at **857 Commercial St., Astoria**.
