Duxbury Mother’s Murder Trial Venue Change Request Sparks Controversy

URGENT UPDATE: Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury mother charged with the shocking murders of her three young children, is seeking to have her trial moved out of Plymouth County, citing concerns over media bias. Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, has filed a motion requesting that the case be heard at Suffolk Superior Court in Boston, arguing that an impartial jury cannot be assembled in Plymouth due to “exploitive prejudicial publicity.”
