Judge Orders East Grand Forks Teacher to Stand Trial for Abuse

URGENT UPDATE: A former East Grand Forks teacher, John Kinzler, has been ordered to stand trial on multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct, according to Polk County Court Administrator Jim O’Neill. This shocking development comes after allegations from several students regarding inappropriate conduct during the 1989-90 school year.

Kinzler, aged 30, faces a total of nine counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and nine counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. Reports indicate that five girls have accused him of inappropriately touching them, specifically by placing his hands on their buttocks.
