URGENT UPDATE: The beloved Broiler restaurant in Moscow is making a major comeback, with its grand reopening scheduled for January 9, 2024. This iconic dining establishment, which served the community from 1970 to 2014, will return to its roots in the Best Western Plus University Inn.

Kris Raasch, the restaurant manager, expressed excitement about the revival. “The Broiler was a big staple for Moscow for decades. When it closed, it was a significant loss for the community,” he stated. The reopening has sparked anticipation among locals eager to relive the dining experience that defined generations.

Located in the dining area across from the hotel’s Seasons Public House restaurant, the new Broiler will feature a dynamic menu that emphasizes fresh fish, premium steaks, and an exquisite selection of wines sourced from the Pacific Northwest. The Broiler will operate from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. In an exclusive preview, the restaurant will showcase its menu today during a special New Year’s Eve dinner, which is already sold out, highlighting the immense interest in its reopening.

Prior to its closure in 2014, the Best Western hosted three restaurants: The Pantry, The Broiler, and Seasons. Following extensive renovations, The Pantry and The Broiler were transformed into meeting rooms and a breakfast area, leaving many former patrons longing for the familiar atmosphere.
