Main St. Provisions Unveils Festive Menus for 5th Anniversary

As Main St. Provisions approaches its five-year anniversary this December, the restaurant in the Las Vegas Arts District is celebrating with a series of exclusive holiday menus. This elegant dining establishment will offer special dishes for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, showcasing its commitment to refined comfort cuisine.

Renowned for its inviting atmosphere and high-quality offerings, Main St. Provisions has garnered attention both locally and nationally. Executive Chef Ellie Parker is currently a contestant on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, further elevating the restaurant’s profile. Owner Kim Owens expressed gratitude for the community’s support over the years, stating, “We are so grateful for the love and support this community has shown us over the past five years.”

Exclusive Holiday Menus

For the NFR, guests can indulge in an 18 oz Creekstone Ribeye, accompanied by confit marble potatoes and a Pendleton Whisky black peppercorn sauce. This dish reflects the restaurant’s dedication to delivering high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients.

On Christmas Eve, the menu features a comforting French Onion Soup topped with puff pastry, followed by a succulent 14 oz Prime Rib served with au jus and horseradish crème fraîche. A side of Creamed Spinach, topped with a poached egg, rounds out this festive meal.

As the year comes to a close, Main St. Provisions will present a luxurious menu for New Year’s Eve. The evening will kick off with a Warm Shellfish Platter that includes an herb butter–crusted lobster tail, poached shrimp, crab meat au gratin, and French bread crostini. The main attraction will be a 10 oz Filet Mignon wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon, served with truffle whipped potatoes and a signature Lobster Mac & Cheese.
