Arc Beverly Unveils Luxurious Coworking and Social Club Experience

Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, providing a luxurious coworking space and social club experience. This new establishment combines elegant private suites, rooftop terraces, and a chef-driven dining experience, catering to professionals seeking an alternative to traditional office environments.

The project is managed by Good City Studio, a Philadelphia-based design and development firm founded by the husband-and-wife team David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter. Gutstadt, who is also a principal at Good City Studio, noted, “We look at Arc Beverly as a workspace-focused club because the driving force for membership is the workspace and private suites.” He emphasized the club’s differentiating factor: a full-service hospitality approach that sets it apart from typical serviced workspaces.

Transforming Workspaces into Social Hubs

Arc Beverly spans 65,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor environments, featuring collaborative work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and a theater. It has transitioned ownership from the previous operator, Spring Place, and has undergone significant renovations to accommodate the needs of new members, including a tech company that requires a podcast studio.

A standout feature of Arc Beverly is its upgraded food and beverage program, helmed by culinary director Victor Totoris. Drawing from his Argentine heritage and extensive experience in local restaurants, Totoris has curated a menu that emphasizes fresh, high-quality ingredients. He has eliminated seed oils from the kitchen and made all aiolis in-house. Signature dishes include a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, showcasing Argentinian culinary influences.

The club has quickly established itself as a popular destination for high-profile events in Los Angeles, hosting gatherings during major occasions such as the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. With its capacity to accommodate various events from intimate dinners to rooftop yoga classes for up to 150 people, Arc Beverly is poised to become a central hub for business and social activities.

Strategic Vision and Membership Offerings

As the venue prepares for upcoming major events, including the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games, it continues to enhance its offerings. The building’s owner, private equity firm Gores Group, occupies the third floor but has made space available to accommodate an increasing number of coworking tenants.

To oversee daily operations, Arc Beverly has appointed Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral brings extensive experience from the Los Angeles membership club scene, including her role at NeueHouse Club Venice. She describes the space as a combination of a business incubator, brand accelerator, and private event venue, serving a diverse clientele from beauty and fashion to finance and technology.

Despite challenges facing premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles, such as the recent closures of NeueHouse locations due to bankruptcy, Arc Beverly has seen a significant increase in membership interest. “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” said Amanda Potter.

Membership options at Arc Beverly include four tiers, with monthly rates starting at $300. Members enjoy access to the club’s restaurant, bar, rooftop lounges, coworking spaces, cultural programs, and exclusive event booking rates. The highest tier provides 24/7 access to the building and reciprocal privileges with over 70 partner clubs worldwide.

As Arc Beverly continues to evolve, it is set to redefine the coworking and social club experience, catering to a new generation of professionals seeking both productivity and community.
