UPDATE: Hannah Neeleman, co-founder of the popular Ballerina Farm, has opened up about her daily life managing a bustling 328-acre farm while raising eight children. With over 21 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, her story resonates with families everywhere.

In a revealing interview, Neeleman, 35, shared the challenges and joys of her life, emphasizing how she balances her roles as a mother, business owner, and content creator. Every morning begins with her children waking her around 7 a.m., leading into a busy day filled with family, farming, and faith.

“My mornings are a whirlwind of getting the kids ready for school and preparing breakfast,” Neeleman explained. Breakfast often includes yogurt from their creamery, paired with Ballerina Farm’s maple cinnamon protein powder. The family gathers to pray before meals, grounding their day in gratitude.

After sending her older kids off to school, Neeleman carves out time to respond to messages and sometimes fits in a workout at the barn gym. She emphasizes the importance of staying active, recently rekindling her love for ballet with weekly classes from a former instructor at Juilliard.

Tuesdays are dedicated to cooking, where she spends hours filming recipes for her social media platforms. “Recipe testing is such a fun day because I love being creative,” she stated. The farm’s seasonal produce often inspires her meals, making each dish a moment of joy.

Lunch is a family affair, reinforcing their commitment to togetherness. “We eat around 1 p.m., usually sharing a hearty meal of proteins, starches, and vegetables,” Neeleman shared. Dinner, on the other hand, is more relaxed, as the family juggles various extracurricular activities.

Ballerina Farm, which started as a free-range pig farm in Spanish Fork, Utah, has grown significantly since its inception in 2017. The couple now employs around 100 staff members and continues to expand their offerings, which include baked goods, meat, and dairy products sold both online and at their brick-and-mortar stores.

Despite the rapid growth, Neeleman insists they are not aiming for a corporate takeover. “This is our legacy, and we want to build something with meaning,” she remarked. The couple’s faith plays a vital role in their lives, guiding their decisions as they navigate the complexities of parenting and entrepreneurship.

As the day winds down, Neeleman finds solace in editing content after her children are in bed by 10 p.m.. Her nightly skincare routine, which includes products from Five Mary’s Ranch and Primally Pure, has become a form of self-care in her busy life.

Sundays are designated for family and faith, a day for reflection away from social media. “We try to keep it sacred,” she said, indicating the importance of balance in their hectic lives.

Looking ahead, Neeleman expressed excitement about continuing to share their journey and inspire others to embrace a simpler, more self-reliant lifestyle. “We want to show people how they can grow their own food and live sustainably,” she added.

As Ballerina Farm continues to thrive, Neeleman’s story serves as a testament to the power of family, hard work, and community. With her engaging content and heartfelt mission, she invites everyone to be part of the simple life movement. This is a developing story that highlights the resilience and creativity of modern family life.
