UPDATE: An urgent Amber Alert has been issued for four children kidnapped in Riverdale, Illinois, early this morning. Authorities confirm that 29-year-old Austin Bell is the prime suspect, having taken the children against their will.

Police responded to a distress call at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 13600-block of Lowe Avenue, where they discovered that Bell, who is not related to the children, had taken a vehicle that does not belong to him. Inside the car, a silver 2010 Acura MDX with Illinois license plate FE 60619, were the following children: Nia Hill, 10; and triplets Noah Hill, Nolan Hill, and Nova Hill, all 7 years old.

The children are described as follows:
Nia Hill: 90 pounds, 4 feet tall, brown eyes, black braided ponytail, wearing an orange t-shirt and black joggers.
Noah Hill: 60 pounds, 4 feet tall, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a green hoodie, black pants, and blue shoes.
Nolan Hill: 54 pounds, 4 feet tall, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a black t-shirt and jeans.
Nova Hill: 64 pounds, 4 feet tall, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the children or the vehicle to contact Riverdale police at 708-841-2203 or dial 911 immediately. This situation is developing rapidly, and police are actively searching for Bell, who has brown hair, brown eyes, stands at 5-foot-7, and weighs 215 pounds.
