Urgent Call for Sponsors as Boyertown’s Festival of Trees Approaches
UPDATE: Boyertown Area Multi-Service is urgently seeking sponsors for its highly anticipated 19th Annual Festival of Trees, set to light up the community on December 5 and 6, 2024. The organization invites local businesses, organizations, and community groups to reserve their tree by November 5 to participate in this cherished holiday celebration that aims to spread joy and support those in need.
The event will transform the Multi-Service building into a breathtaking winter wonderland on Friday, December 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This year’s festival promises to be brighter than ever, showcasing beautifully decorated trees that embody the spirit of the season.
Each tree, sponsored and adorned by local participants, will reflect unique themes—from traditional holiday elegance to whimsical creativity. This project not only fosters community spirit but also serves as a memorable team-building experience. Groups are encouraged to collaborate in selecting themes, purchasing decorations, and designing their tree, creating bonds that go beyond the festive season.
“The Festival of Trees is not just about decoration; it’s about coming together as a community and making a difference,” said a representative from Boyertown Area Multi-Service. The festive atmosphere encourages friendly competition among sponsors to see which tree shines the brightest.
Beyond the holiday cheer, proceeds from tree sponsorships directly support vital local programs, including Preston’s Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, senior services, and case management assistance for families in need. Sponsorship options are available at various levels: $5,000 for a 10-foot tree, $2,500 for a 9-foot tree, $1,000 for an 8-foot tree, $400 for a 7-foot tree, and $300 for a 6-foot tree. Each tree comes pre-lit and ready for decoration, allowing sponsors to focus on unleashing their creativity.
To secure your spot and sponsor a tree in this heartwarming event, visit the Boyertown Area Multi-Service website at https://www.boyertownareamulti-service.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Tree-Sponsor-Application.pdf. Don’t miss this chance to be part of a beloved local tradition that brings joy and support to the community during the holiday season. Act fast, as the deadline for tree reservations is just around the corner!
