Pell City’s Fire Station No. 2 Construction on Track for Completion
Construction of Fire Station No. 2 in Pell City is progressing smoothly and is on schedule for completion by July 4, 2024. The facility, encompassing approximately 16,000 square feet, is currently at the halfway mark in its development. This update was provided to the City Council by Blake Nelson, executive vice president of CMH Architects, based in Birmingham.
During the presentation, Nelson highlighted the importance of the new station for the community’s safety and emergency response capabilities. The project aims to enhance services in the area, facilitating better access for fire and emergency personnel.
